Franklin Community Schools recognize the need for strategies that make the greatest difference for students in our school district. As a result, we have formed a broad-based committee “Budgeting for Excellence in Education” to assist in the development of a Financial Systemic Continuous Improvement process as well as bringing us into compliance with Senate Enrolled Act 1.
The committee is divided into four separate sub-committees (Teachers, Administrators, Support Staff, and Budget), and their task is to collect relevant data, analyze that data, and develop a compensation recommendation for the Superintendent to submit to the Board of School Trustees.
