FCMS Blue Key Program
Beginning in August, 2011, students of Franklin Community Middle School, and 6th grade athletes of Custer Baker Intermediate School, will have the opportunity to participate in an after school program, Monday through Thursday, called the Blue Key Program.
This program is designed to unlock the door to success! Students will have options to attend study tables to complete their homework, go to special interest enrichment classes, get free tutoring for difficult classes from certified teachers, or attend the ASSIST program for those who need guidance to pass ISTEP+. Because the Blue Key Program is after school and opened to all students, no practices will start until 4:15, except on Friday. Just think, NO late night studying or doing homework after games and competitions! AND… a snack WILL be provided!
There will also be a choice of enrichment classes for those students who have no grades lower than a C- in any subject. Our goal is to offer a wide variety of enrichment classes giving students a choice of which to become a member! What more can you ask for?!
We are SO excited to be able to offer this free program to our student body! Come join us!
